One complete coaching platform

Everything you need to coach. Connected by intelligence.

Plan training, manage clients, coach nutrition and habits, communicate between sessions, automate the business, and review the signals that matter, without stitching together another stack of disconnected tools.

01Client conversation

Keep the coaching conversation inside the coaching loop.

A client can tell you what changed in the same place you already talk. No duplicate intake form, no copying notes into a second tool, and no expectation that you remember which message mattered three days later.

How did lower body feel yesterday?
8:42 AM
Really good actually. I was looking forward to it all morning! The squats felt heavier than usual though and my right knee got a little irritated on the last two sets
8:46 AM
Also I'll be traveling Thursday and Friday but the hotel has dumbbells to 50 and a cable stack
8:47 AM
Love that you still want to train on the road! Was the knee pain sharp or more just irritated?
8:49 AM
Just irritated, maybe a 2. Walking and stairs are totally fine
8:52 AM
I'd rather skip heavy squats this week if that's okay?
8:53 AM
Of course. I'll build Thursday around the hotel and keep squat work lighter
8:54 AM
Yes please. I'll tell you if the knee changes
8:56 AM

  • Idempotent logging, so a set recorded in a dead zone uploads once and never lands twice.

Trust is a product decision

Technology that respects the coaching relationship.

Trainer control

You remain the coach.

AI helps shape a draft or revision. You review it, make the call, and remain responsible for every plan your client receives.

Client context

The relationship stays organized.

Plans, messages, workout history, and feedback stay connected to the trainer-client relationship rather than a generic content feed.

Resilient delivery

The workout should survive the gym.

Downloaded approved workouts remain usable when connectivity becomes unreliable.

FAQ

The questions that matter before you switch.

Knetic should fit into a real coaching business without forcing you or your clients through unnecessary disruption.

I already use another coaching platform. How hard is it to switch?+

You should not have to rebuild your coaching business from zero. Knetic includes import and migration tools for bringing existing programming into your workspace, and you can move clients over in stages instead of doing a risky all-at-once migration. The goal is to make switching feel like a transition, not a restart.

Will my clients have to download another app?+

No App Store download is required. Clients can open your branded Knetic experience from a secure invite link in their browser and, if they want, install it to their home screen for an app-like experience.

How much control does Knetic's AI actually have?+

It can help draft, revise, and structure programming, but it does not get the final say. You can inspect and edit the work, and a client only receives the version you explicitly approve and assign.

What happens when a client needs a change halfway through a program?+

You can make targeted revisions instead of rebuilding the entire plan. Knetic keeps the planning context and revision history together so you can respond to feedback, adjust what matters, review the change, and approve the updated version before delivery.

Can clients train without a reliable internet connection?+

Yes. The client experience is built offline-first. Once a workout is downloaded, exercises, timers, rests, transitions, and workout progress keep working without an internet connection. Any activity recorded offline syncs automatically when connectivity returns.

What counts as an active client for billing?+

An active client is someone currently receiving coaching or assigned to an active program. Archived or former clients and their historical records do not keep consuming a roster slot simply because you keep their history in Knetic.

Ready to see it in motion?

Help more clients without giving up how you coach.
